Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop mail management tool, which will give you absolute command over your email box accounts and e-newsletters. Besides, you can forward emails from one e-mail box account to another, activate e-mail filters, create auto-response messages and protect your email accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your e-mail accounts against spam electronic mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unasked-for messages will find their way into your email box. Your emails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a particular electronic mail account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are great for filtrating your incoming e-mail messages on the basis of specific criteria set by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantly. You can easily set up an e-mail filter for any of your e-mail accounts and edit the email filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming mail messages from one email mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other email box accounts. Simply choose the email mailbox you wish to redirect email messages from, then specify the target mailbox and select if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly configure the electronic mail client of your choosing to access your email boxes. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box you wish to set up on your PC or cell phone and click on the e-mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new mailbox will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager GUI, working with multiple e-mailbox accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager interface will also permit you to quickly create an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to read and our system will handle the rest. And if you wish to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
